Bicalutamide TEVA 50 mg Filmtabletten 30 pcs. (bicalutamide)

The drug contains a medicine called bicalutamide. It belongs to a group of medications called antiandrogens.
It is used as a combination therapy to treat prostate cancer.
It works by inhibiting the effects of male hormones such as testosterone.
The medicine cannot be taken
if you are allergic to bicalutamide or any other ingredient of this medicine.
if you are already taking a medicine called cisapride or certain antihistamines (terfenadine or astemizole).
if you are a woman.
Bicalutamide should not be taken if any of the above apply to you. If you are unsure, please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking the medicine.
Bicalutamide should not be given to children.
