How do the ingredients of the drug work?
Acetylsalicylic acid: The active ingredient has both analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects. It blocks the formation in the body of certain messenger substances, so-called prostaglandins. They are significantly involved in the development of pain, fever and inflammation.
Acetylsalicylic acid also affects blood clotting. The substance prevents blood platelets (platelets) from sticking together and thereby improves blood flow.
Caffeine: The active ingredient primarily affects the cerebral cortex. Thanks to its stimulating effect, it temporarily eliminates symptoms of fatigue in tired people and improves performance. In addition, it causes constriction of blood vessels in the brain, which has a beneficial effect on headaches and migraines. Taken together with painkillers is intended to enhance their analgesic effect.
