How to use
Cold compress:
Place Cryoflex in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. For quick cooling, place directly in the freezer for 2 hours.
Poultice:
Place Cryoflex in a pot of hot water for a maximum of 10 minutes at 60°C. Or heat in the microwave – place in a safe container of water and heat for 3 minutes to 350W.
