The recommended temperatures are within the acceptable range of living tissue. It is advisable to apply the compress for 20 minutes, then for about 30 minutes. wait until the next application. Before applying to the skin, it is recommended to cover the compress with a textile scarf. You can increase the efficiency of heat or cold by wrapping, for example, with another textile layer.
