Indications for use
Inhalation: bronchial asthma (basic anti-inflammatory therapy for adults and children 1 year of age and older, including patients with a severe course of the disease who are dependent on systemic corticosteroids); chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in adults (as an adjunct to therapy with long-acting bronchodilators, such as long-acting beta-agonists).
Intranasal: year-round and seasonal allergic rhinitis, including pollinosis (hay fever) in adults and children from 4 years of age (elimination of symptoms such as pain and pressure in the paranasal sinuses, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose, watery eyes).
Locally: acute and chronic dermatoses in adults and children aged 6 months (ointment) or 1 year (cream) and older to relieve inflammation and itching in dermatoses sensitive to glucocorticosteroid therapy, such as atopic (including in children), nummular (discoid eczema) or seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis (with the exception of common plaque), lichen simplex chronicus, lichen planus, contact or allergic contact dermatitis, discoid lupus erythematosus, erythroderma (as an adjunct to systemic corticosteroid therapy); inflammatory reactions to insect bites; chronic form of atopic dermatitis, if there was a therapeutic effect in the treatment of the acute phase of the disease (to reduce the risk of relapse of the disease).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
Additionally
Inhalation: acute bronchospasm; status asthmaticus (as a primary remedy); children’s age up to 1 year.
Intranasally: recent trauma to the nose or surgery in the nasal cavity; children’s age up to 4 years.
Locally: primary skin lesions of bacterial, viral and fungal etiology; rosacea; acne vulgaris; perioral dermatitis; perianal and genital itching; itching without symptoms of inflammation; children’s age up to 6 months (ointment) or 1 year (cream).
Application restrictions
Inhalation: cirrhosis of the liver; glaucoma; hypothyroidism; systemic infections (bacterial, fungal, parasitic, viral); osteoporosis; pulmonary tuberculosis; pregnancy; breastfeeding period.
Intranasally: simultaneous use with drugs for the treatment of HIV infection (for example, ritonavir), GCS for the treatment of bronchial asthma, allergies, skin rashes, drugs for the treatment of fungal infections (for example, ketoconazole), other strong inhibitors of the CYP3A isoenzyme (for example, itraconazole); glaucoma; cataract; infections of the nasal cavity or paranasal sinuses (require appropriate treatment, but are not a contraindication); ulceration of the nasal mucosa.
Locally: psoriasis, renal and hepatic insufficiency, old age, children’s age from 6 months to 12 years.

Hinweise zur Verwendung
Inhalation: Asthma bronchiale (entzundungshemmende Basistherapie fur Erwachsene und Kinder ab 1 Jahr, einschlie?lich Patienten mit schwerem Krankheitsverlauf, die auf systemische Kortikosteroide angewiesen sind); Chronisch obstruktive Lungenerkrankung bei Erwachsenen (als Erganzung zu einer Therapie mit langwirksamen Bronchodilatatoren, wie z. B. langwirksamen Beta-Agonisten).
Intranasal: ganzjahrige und saisonale allergische Rhinitis, einschlie?lich Pollinose (Heuschnupfen) bei Erwachsenen und Kindern ab 4 Jahren (Beseitigung von Symptomen wie Schmerzen und Druck in den Nasennebenhohlen, verstopfte Nase, laufende Nase, Niesen, juckende Nase, wassrige Augen).
Lokal: akute und chronische Dermatosen bei Erwachsenen und Kindern ab 6 Monaten (Salbe) bzw. 1 Jahr (Creme) und alter zur Linderung von Entzundungen und Juckreiz bei Dermatosen, die auf eine Glucocorticosteroid-Therapie ansprechen, wie z. B. atopische (auch bei Kindern), nummulare (scheibenformiges Ekzem) oder seborrhoische Dermatitis, Psoriasis (mit Ausnahme von ausgedehnter Plaque), Lichen simplex chronicus, Lichen planus, Kontaktdermatitis oder allergische Kontaktdermatitis, diskoider Lupus erythematodes, Erythrodermie (als Zusatz zu einer systemischen Kortikosteroidtherapie); entzundliche Reaktionen auf Insektenstiche; chronische Form der atopischen Dermatitis, wenn bei der Behandlung der akuten Phase der Erkrankung eine therapeutische Wirkung erzielt wurde (um das Risiko eines Ruckfalls der Erkrankung zu verringern).
Kontraindikationen
Uberempfindlichkeit.

Intranasal: kurzliches Trauma der Nase oder Operation in der Nasenhohle; Kinderalter bis 4 Jahre.
Lokal: primare Hautlasionen bakterieller, viraler und pilzlicher Atiologie; Rosazea; Akne vulgaris; periorale Dermatitis; perianaler und genitaler Juckreiz; Juckreiz ohne Entzundungssymptome; Kinderalter bis 6 Monate (Salbe) oder 1 Jahr (Creme).
Anwendungsbeschrankungen
Einatmen: Leberzirrhose; Glaukom; Hypothyreose; systemische Infektionen (bakteriell, pilzartig, parasitar, viral); Osteoporose; Lungentuberkulose; Schwangerschaft; Stillzeit.
Intranasal: gleichzeitige Anwendung mit Arzneimitteln zur Behandlung einer HIV-Infektion (z. B. Ritonavir), GCS zur Behandlung von Asthma bronchiale, Allergien, Hautausschlagen, Arzneimitteln zur Behandlung von Pilzinfektionen (z. B. Ketoconazol), anderen starken Inhibitoren von das CYP3A-Isoenzym (zB Itraconazol); Glaukom; Katarakt; Infektionen der Nasenhohle oder der Nasennebenhohlen (erfordern eine angemessene Behandlung, sind aber keine Kontraindikation); Ulzeration der Nasenschleimhaut.
Lokal: Psoriasis, Nieren- und Leberinsuffizienz, Alter, Kinderalter von 6 Monaten bis 12 Jahren.
