How to use the gel pad with heat/cold
The gel pad can be heated/cooled in the microwave or in hot water. Leave in the freezer for at least an hour to chill.
Maximum temperature: 60°C
Minimum temperature: -20 °C
Heating in the microwave: fold the outer part of the product down and place it on a rotating glass plate so that the product does not touch the walls. With a power of 700 W, heat up for a maximum of 50 seconds. If the product begins to expand, stop heating and check if the packaging is damaged. In this case, the product must not be heated further!
