Dosage and administration
inside. The tablet is placed on the tongue, within a few seconds it dissolves, after which it is swallowed with saliva without drinking water.
Acute diarrhea: initial dose – 2 tablets. (4 mg) for adults (including the elderly) and 1 tab. (2 mg) for children over 6 years of age; in the future, take 1 table. (2 mg) after each act of defecation in case of loose stools.
Chronic diarrhea: initial dose – 2 tablets. (4 mg) per day for adults and 1 tab. (2 mg) for children; this dose is then individually adjusted so that the frequency of stools is 1-2 times a day, which is achieved with a maintenance dose of 1 to 6 tab. per day. The maximum daily dose for acute and chronic diarrhea in adults is 8 tablets. (16 mg); in children – calculated based on body weight (3 tablets per 20 kg – up to 8 tablets (16 mg). If a normal stool appears or if there is no stool for more than 12 hours, the drug is canceled.

Akuter Durchfall: Anfangsdosis – 2 Tabletten. (4 mg) fur Erwachsene (einschlie?lich alterer Menschen) und 1 Tab. (2 mg) fur Kinder uber 6 Jahre; Nehmen Sie in Zukunft 1 Tisch. (2 mg) nach jedem Stuhlgang bei weichem Stuhlgang.
Chronischer Durchfall: Anfangsdosis – 2 Tabletten. (4 mg) pro Tag fur Erwachsene und 1 Tab. (2 mg) fur Kinder; diese Dosis wird dann individuell so angepasst, dass die Stuhlfrequenz 1-2 mal taglich betragt, was mit einer Erhaltungsdosis von 1 bis 6 Tab. erreicht wird. pro Tag. Die maximale Tagesdosis bei akutem und chronischem Durchfall bei Erwachsenen betragt 8 Tabletten. (16 mg); bei Kindern – berechnet auf der Grundlage des Korpergewichts (3 Tabletten pro 20 kg – bis zu 8 Tabletten (16 mg). Wenn ein normaler Stuhl auftritt oder langer als 12 Stunden kein Stuhl vorhanden ist, wird das Medikament abgebrochen.
