Use:
Cool compress: put the bag in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Warm compress: place the bag in boiling water for 5 minutes or in a 650W microwave for 1 minute.
Before applying to the skin, it is recommended to wrap the bag with a cloth to prevent skin burns or frostbite.
The bag can be repeatedly cooled and heated alternately.
Shelf life is usually 5 years with proper handling.
