The drug is an antiemetic (antiemetic).
It contains an active substance called metoclopramide, which works on the part of your brain that protects you from nausea (nausea) or vomiting (vomiting).

The drug is used in adults:
to prevent delayed nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy,
to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by radiation therapy,
for the treatment of nausea and vomiting, including nausea and vomiting that may occur with migraines. Metoclopramide can be taken with oral painkillers for migraine to increase the effectiveness of painkillers.
children and young people
The drug is used in children and adolescents (aged 1-18 years) after chemotherapy to prevent delayed nausea and vomiting when other treatments have failed or are not suitable.
dosage

All indications (adult patients)
The recommended single dose is 10 mg (equivalent to 10 ml of solution) and can be taken up to three times a day.
The maximum recommended daily dose is 30 mg or 0.5 mg/kg body weight.
The maximum recommended duration of treatment is 5 days.
children and young people
To prevent delayed nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy (children and adolescents aged 1-18 years)
The recommended dose is 0.1 to 0.15 mg/kg body weight. It can be taken up to three times a day (by mouth).
The maximum dose within 24 hours is 0.5 mg/kg body weight.
