Lack of menstrual bleeding (secondary amenorrhea):
After excluding pregnancy, take 1–2 tablets (5–10 mg medroxyprogesterone acetate) daily for 5–10 days from days 16 to 21 of the cycle.
In the presence of insufficiently prepared (overgrown) uterine mucosa, treatment with medroxyprogesterone acetate should be combined with estrogen therapy corresponding to the cycle.

Very heavy bleeding can be stopped by taking 2-4 tablets (10-20 mg medroxyprogesterone acetate) daily for 7-10 days in combination with estrogens.
2. Continuation of treatment: after artificially induced bleeding, 2 tablets (10 mg medroxyprogesterone acetate) daily for 10 days from the 16th day of the cycle.
3. Stop therapy and check cycle stability.
