After entering a virus-infected cell, acyclovir gradually turns into acyclovir triphosphate. It is the drug itself that predominantly inhibits the enzymatic processes of the virus.

How to use
To get the best effect from the treatment, it is important to start it as soon as the first symptoms appear, i.e. a feeling of tension, burning or tingling in places where herpes will subsequently be sown.
Even so, apply a small amount of the product to the affected area 5 times a day at 4-hour intervals, bypassing the nightly dose.
The course of treatment is 5 (in exceptional cases up to 10) days.
Healing is usually very fast, but keep applying the cream for at least 3 days after the cold sore has healed.
When applying the cream to the affected area, wash your hands. This will prevent deterioration or transmission of the infection to another location. If healing does not occur after 10 days, see your doctor.

Comment utiliser

La guérison est généralement très rapide, mais continuez à appliquer la crème pendant au moins 3 jours après la guérison du bouton de fièvre.
Lorsque vous appliquez la crème sur la zone affectée, lavez-vous les mains. Cela empêchera la détérioration ou la transmission de l’infection à un autre endroit. Si la guérison ne se produit pas après 10 jours, consultez votre médecin.
