effet pharmacologique
Action pharmacologique – hypolipémiant.
Il inhibe la biosynthèse du cholestérol, abaisse la teneur en triglycérides dans le plasma sanguin, les triglycérides dans les VLDL et le cholestérol dans les HDL (anti-athérogène), réduit l’agrégation plaquettaire et la viscosité sanguine.
Indications
Hyperlipidémie.
Contre-indications
Insuffisance hépatique et rénale, grossesse, allaitement.
Effets secondaires
Phénomènes dyspeptiques, cholestase, réactions allergiques.

Es hemmt die Biosynthese von Cholesterin, senkt den Gehalt an Triglyceriden im Blutplasma, Triglyceriden in VLDL und Cholesterin in HDL (antiatherogen), reduziert die Blutplдttchenaggregation und die Blutviskositдt.

Kontraindikationen
Eingeschrдnkte Leber- und Nierenfunktion, Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit.
Nebenwirkungen
