For severe infections (such as pneumonia):
Children from 10 years and adults
* Single dose: 2 capsules
* Total dose: 3 times a day< /span>
* Time: morning, noon, evening; regardless of food
Maximum dose: for severe infections, the dose can be increased to 8 capsules per day for children 10 years of age and older and adults under medical supervision.
For middle ear infections:< /span>
Children 6–10 years old
* Single dose: 1 capsule
* Total dose: 2 times a day
* Time: morning and evening; regardless of food
